Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l’hôtel Pullman avec une vue incroyable sur la mer. Même si les chambres mériteraient une légère rénovation, l’accueil fut convivial, accueillant et chaleureux. Les lits étaient très grands, moelleux et confortables. Le petit déjeuner était riche et copieux ; il y en avait pour tous les goûts ! Mention spéciale aussi aux deux masseuses Luna et Lucille pour leur gentillesse et leur douceur. Elles ont pris le temps d’adapter et de personnaliser mon massage étant enceinte.

Rendant visite à des amis sur place nous avons déjeuné au restaurant Blue Lemon . Thierry le chef de rang s’est immédiatement ingénié à partir de la carte du midi à nous faire des heureuses surprises à l’apéritif avec différentes tranches fines de bœuf séché accompagnées d’une confiture pimentée Dans le même esprit nous avons ensuite décidé de déguster du poisson cru ( carpacio de thon rouge et crevettes italiennes pêchées en eau profonde ) absolument délicieux et servi avec plusieurs accompagnements ( purée , poivrons confits , frites maison , salade ) Notre choix de vin s’est tourné vers un Château Maïme rosé de très bonne facture Enfin nous nous sommes régalés avec trois desserts succulents et raffinés ( clafoutis abricot , nougat glacé , mousse chocolat ) Bravo pour l’accueil , la cuisine et bien sûr le service des plus attentionnés Jean Michel Garcia
